This is an assessment that will help you discover your selling style, customer’s buying style, and engaging your sales people.

After the assessment, the following will take place:

    • Debrief on results and reflection
    • Improvement areas and action plan
    • 8 coaching sessions discussing your chosen topic (ideally every month)
