  1. In my early years of speaking, I was always conscious of how well I spoke and deliver or would the people like me after giving my speech. So it became my ultimate desire to go out and speak in a such way that I would look good in front of the audience. But it changes when the time I undergone the John Maxwell Speakers Training Club.

    Then, I just realized the speech wasn’t about me; it wasn’t even about my topic. IT’S all about the people whom I look at and speak with. It’s all about the effects of my speech to them. It’s all about what they’ve learned from that would contribute improvements to their lives.
